Has anyone found a bratwurst made with the traditional pork and spices? (salt, pepper, marjoram, coriander, caraway, cardamom, nutmeg or mace, ginger). It doesn't need to be worthy of Oktoberfest, but something to go with sauerkraut and potatoes? "Ich frage für einen Freund"
