I know this is probably not the best place to ask, but I figured other Plex users may have run into the same issue. I have Google'd (obviously) but I'm still stuck.
I have a MyCloudPR2100 that I have been using for years with no issues. I have at least 5TB free on both drives. While trying to add files, I get an error message that there is not enough space to copy the files. I can't seem to find any shadow files or storage limits, and up until recently its been fine, so I don't think any parameters have been changed.
Anyone deal with this before? is there an easy fix? I am not super computer literate, and I did try running Putty to see if some sort of packets were full but honestly I have no clue what I'm doing.
Edited to add: this doesn't happen all the time, which makes it more confusing to me. Sometimes it works, sometimes I get errors. I have tried individual files inside a folder, as well as just the files with no folder.
