Basically i just recieved 1 day ban followed by 1 year ban by 'minerva' , since having bad games (perfomance) or stacked teammates that just throw the games and report you. Faceit Support system auto closes the tickets. And getting no evidence that you did anything , cost you 1 year ban. Sure i will not try to create any accounts or else just to play the game, but in that way u guys ruin competitive matchmaking . Basically when some kid screams in the voice i mute him , even since round 3. And if that is the minerva system , u gotta be joking. Posted 4 support tickets all closed after seconds , wanted to see what innapopriate words i did used.. U cant provide even that. GL & HF .
