[TASK] Set up NetSuite and Make Training Videos
Hi everyone,
I’m running an organization that uses Netsuite (nonprofit edition), and we need someone to help us set up the CRM/portions of NetSuite and make training content on how to use NetSuite for our non-technical users. This will include managing constituent records, tying records together, tying customer records to finances, setting up email lists from within Netsuite, etc. more information can be provided after. You would work with our operations manager to get this all set up and then make the training videos. Preferably someone who has done helpdesk, customer support, teaching, etc. and is used to explaining something simply.
