New homeowner solving the BS from the previous owner. Every time I shut off the water it explodes like this. I replaced the hose and wrapped the line with tape and still getting this reaction. The faucet is an anti freeze type setup so not sure if that matters. Is this DIYable or so bad a plumber needs to get involved. Thanks.
