Zephyrus G16 2025 (GU605CR, Intel and Nvidia 5070ti, windows 11 pro), Event 153 Nvlddmkm error, random freeze and shutdowns with virtualisation-based error.
Hi guys, I bought this beast in Sydney in February from Umart (brand new). From day one of usage, I noticed random shutdowns and restarts (which were more frequent in the beginning). I searched the internet, completely removed Armoury Crate, and used G-Helper, which helped me stabilize the system but did not solve the issue. Later, when the problem still persisted, I turned off Core Isolation from Security settings, then updated the BIOS and other drivers, but the issue still persisted. After that, I removed the NVIDIA game driver in Safe Mode and installed the stable Studio driver, but this machine is still giving me the same error.
I have contacted ASUS support about this issue and am going to take it to the service center tomorrow. I hope they can find a fix or replace my product.
My question is: has anyone faced the same problem? Based on my Google search, I could find many people facing the same issue, but only one person who bought the same product as me and faced the same problem and he couldn't solve it and ended up returning it.
