I’m a FTM and about to start cancer treatment for CML (chronic leukemia) I can’t breastfeed while on the chemo med and was able to delay starting until my daughter is 6 months. Idk how to wean, I have two weeks until I need to start the med. Can I breastfeed up until I take the med or should wean earlier like now? I wouldn’t choose to stop but I need to. I’ve enjoyed BFing since 10 weeks before that was a grind but I love cuddling with her and will def miss it. Any advice is appreciated.
