Hey everyone,

Last week, I had to take a day off to take the RBT exam and instead of fully cancelling my sessions, a sub was to one of the clients. This client has a history of poor impulse control and violence. They improved since we’ve been paired but this was first time another RBT has worked with them. Would it be out of line if I messaged the sub directly about the session and their takeaways and impressions?

RBTs in the company I work for typically don’t have much interaction outside of joint sessions or clinic.
