I have placed an order which has to be delivered yesterday. Yesterday I met a local delivery guy who deals in return and exchange (non electronic) said, are bhaiya ye parcel yahi hai facility mein but delivery wala aata nahi hai delivery dene aap ko hi Jana hoga agar phone lena hai toh. I called customer service a few times but they raised the issue with the facility, which led to nothing. In the evening when they connected me to a senior he said," woh (delivery guy) kyu aaega agar aapke pas time hai toh aap hi ja kar le lijiye". Don't know what to do. How to proceed, I don't think I will ever trust this brand. Amazon is the worst app to order a phone in exchange.
