Picked this up for cheap. The paint is very thin and in some areas you can see the bare steel. I was wondering if this is original paint, it looks so to me but could be wrong. Also if anyone could confirm the stamps that would be great. I’m pretty sure it’s EF60, 21949 but if anyone could confirm that would be great.
