I got the job offer today and accepted it, and for context I had the interview almost 2 weeks ago.

The issue is that I have to go away to see a pretty unwell relative in a couple weeks, and I’m going to be gone for just over 3 weeks.

I obviously didn’t know this was going to happen when I did the interview, but now I’m a bit concerned that I’m going to come back and not get any shifts.

So basically, am I gonna just get immediately fired, or will they not care and just resume my training when I’m back. Any advice or anything is very much welcome.
