Does Anyone Else Get A Burning Sensation in their Tongue and What Do You Do To Get Rid Of It?

Hi I've been experiencing a burning sensation in my tongue, it feels like I burnt my tongue by drinking tea. It feels like pins and needles. It's terrible, I don't know how to get rid of it.

It like comes and goes. I usually drink regular water, alkaline water, take a vitamin B12 pill and Vitamin D3 pill.

Last night I drank cold water and than I made chamolie tea which kinda calmed the sensation a little.

I also feel sick but that could also be me catching a cold because the window was open last night.

Anyways does anyone else get this sensation and what do you do to get rid of it?

Btw I already went to the doctor before and they said my iron, B12, and D3 looked good so I don't think that's the problem.
