I just got the Moondrop Pill. The app is stuck on Searching for device. I tried to reset by pressing on both earbuds and putting in case for 8 seconds. I think it reset but the app still won’t connect to them. I can connect to them through my settings app but not the moondrop app. (Even after forgetting them in settings)

Please help if there is anything else I can try. I’m using the iphone app.
