Seeing news everyday where companies lay off people everyday scares me a lot. I haven't even joined college yet(joining this year as a dropper) and i already kind off regret choosing btech with all the chaos going around.

Sab bolte hai CS ko ai kha jayega aur sab cs lere hai to saturated ho gya hai, electrical is too tough, mechanical civil mining instrumental etc mai jobs nahi hai, to karu kya bc

Imagine this is the state now, what will happen after 4-5 years? Everyone keeps giving different opinions, some say it is fear mongering some say this is the truth
