SYD-LAX over 1.5 months out - scored an upgrade from PE to Business for $350. Kept checking every day until today and it was around $3,000. Don’t know how I got so lucky.

Similar story on my way there as well. It was $600 for that upgrade.

I can’t book first for my business travel. Do we know if cash upgrades to first count towards CK qualification dollars?
