The Central Virginia Soccer Association is a very large league for adults who live in the Richmond area. This league has many different teams and divisions for people to play on throughout the year. It uses a special system where teams can move up or down based on how well they perform. People join this league because they want to play competitive soccer and stay active with their friends.
I am feeling a little bit of the jitters because tomorrow is the big day for tryouts. It has been a long time since I last tried out for a team back in 2010. I really want to show them what I have got and play my best on the pitch. How do I make sure I am actually having a good time while the tryouts are going on? Also, can you suggest any good stretches and breathing exercises?
