Excessive coolant usage
I bought a 2020 Ford Focus last year, it’s a 1L Hybrid with the ecoboost engine, and before anybody says ecoboom or anything similar, I KNOW. I’ve never owned a Ford or an ecoboost engine and have always sworn against them, but I really had no choice but to buy this car.
Anyway, about 3 months ago I got a load of faults on the dash about coolant and engine temp, when I checked, the coolant tank was COMPLETELY empty, I mean 0 liquid at all. I filled it back up and the car runs fine, but when I fill the coolant up to the max line, it lasts me about a month if not less.
I took it to Ford as I thought it had an oil leak, they did a service and checked some diagnostics, but found no issue. This problem is still happening. Anyone have any idea what the issue could be?
For further reference it’s a 1.0 2020 Ford Focus ST Line X. Just under 40k miles
