A little preface to this is that im a 35 year old professional working in IT leadership. I spent my 20s living as a digital nomad and for the last few years have done the corporate ladder shtick living stationary in texas. While i have been successful, I am resigning from my job to travel and to the parts of the country i haven’t visited yet, followed by biking the Pan-American highway from Alaska to Chile, and eventually will immigrate abroad. I know it’s a lifestyle feared by some and looked down on by others but i strongly disagree with the status quo of working and paying rent until youre broken. Id rather live minimally and see what the world has to over toiling at making some billionaires richer.
I am interested in almost anything art,science,history, or anthropology related. I have an affinity with film, music and architecture particularly. I like working with my hands on anything from cars to woodworking. I am starting training for triathlon and am an experienced bike tourer.
I am single, straight, and open minded to a walks of life and orientations. I know there will be a period of getting to know someone over chat but being someone who limits there time online, i would prefer not to drag it out with anyone who is not serious about making friends irl. Would be amazing to meet a guy who is in a similar situation in life to discuss plans and goals with, and eventually meet up for some travels.
