Windows Update pushing "System Driver 25.30.0.3"

Hello Legion Go fam,
Woke up to Windows Update trying to force-feed me a list of "AMD Driver Updates" (6.0.3.119) and an Advanced Micro Devices System Driver (25.30.0.3).
We all know the drill: Lenovo takes months to "validate" drivers, and in the meantime, Windows Update tries to "help" by installing generic versions that inevitably break the AMD Adrenalin Software (the "Versions do not match" error).
I'm hesitant to click "Download & Install" because:
AFMF / Integer Scaling: Usually, when Windows pushes these "System Driver" updates, it overwrites the Lenovo-specific tweaks, and we lose access to the AMD control panel or specific performance toggles.
Z1 Extreme Support: I've seen some chatter that AMD/Lenovo are slowing down on the Z1E driver cycle. Is this actually a new official Lenovo driver being pushed through Windows, or just Microsoft being Microsoft?
Sidebar/Overlay issues: Last time I let Windows handle an AMD update, my Legion Space FPS counter stopped working entirely.
Has anyone taken the plunge on these specific versions (25.30.0.3 / 6.0.3.119) yet? Did it break your Adrenalin app, or is this actually a stable release for the Go? If you did install it and it broke things, did the "Roll Back Driver" fix it, or are we back to using DDU and sideloading the 780M drivers?
Trying to avoid a 2-hour troubleshooting session today. Any insight is appreciated!
Thanks
