


Got lavender cables with Lian Li *white* SX Series PSU and have been ignored by their support despite official product notice
I will try to keep this short.
I have bought white Lian Li SX1200P PSU and got lavender cables with it instead.
Convinced by their Product Notice I have created support ticket asking for replacement, attaching picture and recepit of the purchase. Turns out they are NOT so "happy to provide replacement cables", despite some promising exchange in the beginning. Here is the entire email thread from the moment of them confirming my shipping address to suddenly backtracking and denying my request for replacement.
Their initial denial was quite unclear to me at first so as the screenshot shows, I've cited their own notice, but a few days ago they doubled down with generic reply, not addressing my question directly.
Now I'm stuck with it, because while waiting for their customer support, I missed the return window specified by law in my country.

I crossposted this on Lian Li main Reddit and got reply from someone from their team, will see how it goes from there.

The issue with support seems to have been resolved and I'm supposed to receive replacement cables. Thanks for all your suggestions.
