Forbearance after PAYE recertification
I recertified PAYE and was placed in a 60 day forbearance by EdFinancial. The language of the letter implies they believe I have applied, not recertified, for an IDR plan. It does say the forbearance will qualify for PSLF. Is this normal and just typical of their inability to write a letter which clearly explains what is going on, or something I need to call about? I'm due for forgiveness in a few months and I don't mind 2 months of qualifying forbearance but I also want my forgiveness soon.
Edit: Moments after posting this they sent me 2 more letters, one saying that they received my application and to give them 10 days to process it and another saying I was approved. The home page still shows me in a forbearance. I'm assuming this will likely lift soon?
