So I found this at an op shop today and just wondering what the charms are for as ive never actually seen them before. I figured the 18 is a old birthday one I think but sure what the red one is. Any help would be appreciated

So I have this tattoo on my left forearm that ive had for a few years and i have gotten other tattoos on my arm but I really dont like it as much as I used to because of who did it. And it looks crap...it has since I got it but I never said anything...any ideas on what could cover it?? It is the snake around a dagger with flowers
