I had a recent visit to the dermatologist, they found a suspect mole , took a small sample, couldn’t determine if cancerous, decided to remove the mole to be safe and send off for a 2nd test. They gave me the option of stitches or open wound for removal/recovery, they said open wound I could get back to the gym sooner, so I went with the open wound option.

The picture is 24 hours after removal.

Does this removal need immediate attention? Wife thinks I need to go to the ER now.
