Hey! I’m reaching out on Reddit because I’ve tried several times with support to fix this to no avail.
Every time I try to play valorant the game will cause my whole PC to seize up with no audio and no input, I cannot alt tab out, i cannot alt f4 the game and I cannot just press my power button once to shut down my pc, it must be held down to shut down.
I’ve tried clean booting, I’ve ensured secure boot is on, I’ve tried a full windows reset and I’ve ensured my bios is up to date. my PC has more than strong enough hardware to run it and it used to run until about December of last year. I have tried almost countless solutions to get it to work and I am at my wits end. Please help I just wanna game with my friends lol. I am beyond willing to do a discord call and share my screen to get some kind of help to fix whatever issue is causing this.
