So I've decided to upgrade my pc, thing is im tight on budget, about 35k for a psu + gpu so far I got rx series 470, 580 8 gb and the safer side, gtx 960 and hard chance gtx 1060 please suggest me something as I'm new to all this

My cousin gave me his work pc before settling into another country, dont know much about this stuff so if someone can guide me i listed what i know it has rest idk

- i7 8700

- 12 Gb ddr4 ram

- 1 tb ssd

No gpu nothing too fancy its just a small work pc or should I add a gpu and a decent psu for playing sometime?
