I’ve noticed that small repeatable rituals stick for me way more reliably than big drastic changes to my routine. One weirdly effective thing lately has been spending a few minutes each morning on phonetic word puzzles before opening email/social media. For me, it’s just enough mental engagement to wake my brain up without feeling draining or stressful. As someone who deals with depression, starting the day stressed means I get *nothing* done.

Curious whether anyone else has little “mental warmup” habits like that.
