Hi everyone! I'm having an issue with my NMR spectrum in MestreNova and I’m not sure how to properly describe or fix it. The spectrum looks visually distorted, the peaks appear jagged and irregular instead of smooth, and the overall rendering looks low quality or broken. The structure drawing also looks strange, and even when I increase the size of the molecule the chemical bonds still appear distorted or poorly rendered. This happens both when I draw the molecule directly in MestReNova and when I paste or import it from ChemDraw.
I have already tried automatic and manual phase correction, baseline correction, rescaling the spectrum, refreshing and zooming, and reprocessing the data with a new Fourier transform, but nothing seems to fix the issue.
I’m not sure if this is a processing problem such as apodization or zero filling, a display or rendering issue, or something related to the original data acquisition.
Has anyone experienced something like this or knows what might be causing it? Any suggestions would be really appreciated.
