Us and another family are taking our (18m, 18m, 19m) boys to Japan as a HS graduation gift. Were there for 2 weeks but after the 3 boys are staying by themselves. Wondering where a good are for them to stay would be. I didn’t realize the club/bar drinking age was 20 in Japan so not sure what they can get into. They love cars, thrift shopping, manga, Pokemon, video games.

Thanks!

Hey all, looking for some advice on where to live around Denver.

My wife and I are relocating in August for her new role at UCHealth Anschutz. We’re both in our late 30s, and our son will be starting his first year of college and has not decided if hes staying in AZ or wants to come to Denver with us.

We’re trying to find a spot within about a 30-minute commute to the hospital. A few things that matter to us:

  • Prefer a place with a garage or dedicated parking.
  • A neighborhood where we can walk to coffee shops, restaurants, etc.
  • Easy to get out of the city for weekend stuff like hiking, biking, or snowboarding
  • Close to a golf course would be a big plus (public courses are totally fine)
  • We’ve got a 45 lb lab, so having at least a small yard or some outdoor space would be ideal

Still getting familiar with the area, so any suggestions on neighborhoods we should check out would be super helpful. Appreciate it!

Edit** It would help to include our budget. We'd like to find something furnished/all inclusive of utilities and be under $4500 a month. Looking for at least 3 bedrooms since I work from home.

If its unfurnished traditional lease It would be $3500/mo.
