At times my body is being controlled, when im relaxed enough (it’s constantly happening) and then I get anxious I hear my name “-NAME-“, it’s extremely bad and mad at me, I don’t know if there’s multiple but I need help fast

I’ve slowly been dealing with this for over 2 and a half years and it’s at it’s worst, I don’t have money for rekai healer and there in another city 5 hours away it makes me disassociate and thumps my body and vision it’s horrible I remember inviting it in but me being dumb in naive I accepted it

it cause very uncomfortable sensations from the moment I’m awake to the moment I’m asleep I can’t describe them I also see mist around me a white darkish one, I feel it choking me all the time, please someone help if this is not the right place for it could you lead me to it, thank you

It makes me disassociate and takes control of my motor skills and in the mix of things brings up traumatising things instantly it causes very uncomfortable sensations from the moment I’m awake to the moment I’m asleep I can’t describe the sensations there’s the burning stuff on your body but then it does stuff with my eyes like makes them go through different reality, I also see mist around me a white darkish one, I feel it choking me all the time too, there’s the white mist and then from my pov, the place where your looking imagine a black ring appearing out of the corner of your eyes or fully around your eyes and when I see those it has a effect on me where I disassociate, can have my motor skills controlled, see something traumatising, have the thumping sensations there, be burning and getting choked, I’ve even felt being sliced in half it’s very bad, please someone help if this is not the right place for it could you lead me to it, thank you
