Hi guys,

I had a final round interview with a director at Macquarie (India) for a junior capital reporting role exactly 2 weeks ago. The interview went well, I answered the technicals right and just had good questions, which he also pointed out.

The portal still says the status is interview, but I am unable to reach to HR. Have followed up twice on email and tried calling, no response.

Idk if I’m rejected or not but this silence is getting to me. I had also interviewed for another role few months ago and got my rejection in a week, so maybe that’s why I’m still hopeful.

But what do you guys think? I believe it’s time to move on?
