Been dealing with small uniform red itchy bumps across my entire back for 3 years, always thought it was acne but nothing ever worked. Recently got properly diagnosed with fungal folliculitis. Starting oral terbinafine 250mg daily for 4 weeks, using Nizoral 2% as a body wash 2x per week leaving it 5 minutes before rinsing, and Head & Shoulders on off days. Is this protocol solid or am I missing anything, and realistically how long before I see clearing?
