I keep logging in hoping for the game to refresh. The bike ain't moving and I can't go to other region (or other places as I have a trial character, I'm trapped and I don't know what to do please help me

So I'm planning to get Iuno on her next rerun, should I get her weapon or does she work just fine with the standard ones? Also on the Denia/Chisa/Phrolova banner, whose weapon should I prioritize? I have Chisa and Phrolova rn but I don't have their weapon sig, and I'm planning to get Denia next and some are saying that Denia's weapon is a must have but I know that the other characters' weapon is also important but which one should I prioritize? (Only one)
