In The Dark Knight (2008) Harvey Dent name drops the two cops who would later kidnap he and Rachel
During the rooftop scene where Harvey Dent and Jim Gordon argue over corruption in their departments, Harvey specifically names officers Wuertz and Ramirez as examples of corrupt cops in Gordon’s unit. These are the exact two officers who later betray him. Harvey literally warned Gordon about the people who would destroy his life.
