I think I’ve reached the point where I simply want to do something else. 3 years in. Burnt out. Tired of the grind of flat rate. Tired of performing recalls because manufacturers suck at installing QUALITY parts. Tired of dealing with unorganized shops. I’m tired of it all. I like working on cars. I just don’t see myself doing it long term anymore. It’s so bad that I simply refuse to do side work anymore. I’m over it. I’m currently seeking a field change. I got some stuff to figure out.
