Hi, I’ve been experiencing forearm pain out the blue. It began yesterday midday around 6pm in my left arm which lasted all night - alongside this I have been having a lot of rumbling and movement in my stomach. Today when I have woken up the pain has now gone from my left arm but is now in my right arm. Complete honesty I am a bit frightened as I’ve heard these things can be symptoms of heart attacks. My chest is fine (but has felt a bit weird here and there) and I have no other pain. Any advice would be much appreciated!
