I’m a male, I got a uti almost 9 months ago and it was severe pain (burning and urgency) for a few hours then slowly the pain went away and by the evening next day it was gone, I thought that was it until about 2 weeks later the pain started up again but less severe and constant, here I am 9 months later with the same pain, it flares up when I have msg, or any foods I’m allergic to. The pain has improved slightly and there will be days or weeks when it really doesn’t bother me much and seems to get better but then flares up again eventually. Any ideas? I’m a minor so I’ve only been to pedestrian urologists and they haven’t helped, I have a scope in June but I’m doubtful that they will find anything. I’ve tested negative for any current infections so I don’t know what to do and I need help as the pain has overtaken my life.
