I know there's a million threads on this topic already and I've done a quick search & asked the AI gods (Claude) but would like to hear to opinions from actual humans......

Octavia 2.0 TDI VRS - 2017 - 210k on the clock

Timing Belt was replaced in 2022 with 150k on the clock

Car was in for a service today (main dealer, I know) and they said the timing belt was due again in July which I find hard to fathom.

I would have thought 2027 at the earliest with a 5 year interval or at least another 30k on the clock.......

Opinions?
