Has anyone had any successful interactions with customer support/warranty department?
Note: Not interested in bad experiences, as I’ve seen plenty. Just want examples of successes.
I’m getting ready to submit a claim to the warranty department but thought I’d stop on the subreddit to get a sense of how good the warranty department is to work with and what I’m seeing is…not exactly inspiring confidence.
Now I work customer support myself, so I know better than most people don’t go to Customer support when everything is working as intended. And they often don’t review and go to forums when they have a positive experience with a warranty or customer support team either. So I’m wanting to know if folks can give me examples of good experiences or successful warranty claims they made within the last 2 years(this seems to be the window of time when these bad reviews of the warranty claims department really started picking up.)
I’m willing to give them the benefit of the doubt here.
