Honestly, Should I buy a LCI F82 M4 (2018-2020)?
For context I drive a 2011 Audi Quattro A4. I’m 19 and I’m wanting more of a “driving experience.” I make a little over 1k a week and really have been wanting a f82. Something about that body style gets me every time. I just want to know about things I should look out for and any tips from owners :).
Update: read some of the comments and I really appreciate what some of the older folks have to say. To answer some questions, yes I have home cooked meals and no bills. I have my Roth IRA maxed out and about 20k saved from working when I was younger. I invest some money from each paycheck and I’m really smart with my money and don’t spend it on unnecessary things. I am in the range of good credit.
I love cars and they’re my passion. I have the mentality of buy it while you’re young and enjoy it before you get older and have regrets. Does this change anything?
Any maintenance work is an easy task for me. I’m good at keeping up with basic maintenance and I’m always good about the timing. I know my way around cars. I know about the crank hub and other possible leaks (I’ve done my research). Hard lesson learned from owning a German vehicle lol but it’s taught me some good lessons.
Also I’m a smart driver. No accidents and I don’t do dumb stuff yk, I just really want to have fun lol.
