Foraged some ramps and made a cultured compound butter with it.

3 day compound butter made out then the Ramps blitzed up and folded in.

Edit: I'm seeing a lot of people saying not to take the roots/bulbs and just take the stems and leaves to avoid harming the soil and overall health of the plant, which I will absolutely do going forward. I'm newer to foraging so any chance to learn is a good one.

Made a 3 day cultured butter using some heavy cream and some yogurt

After turning it into the butter, I added in some Ramps that I foraged.
