I have been using this amazing watch for the last 2 years and have worn it 24/7. Last week, I looked at the watch and it was unresponsive at first. Then I pressed the two side buttons, the light blinked for a second, and then it turned off.
I restarted the watch and faced the same issue. It became unresponsive and disconnected from my phone. I put it on charging, and it seemed to work again, but it was stuttering. Somehow, it worked for around 10 minutes, then I put it back on my wrist and the same issue happened again.
I restarted it once more, and this time it started in power saving mode and worked fine. I tried switching it back to standard mode, but the same unresponsive issue returned.
I searched online for this issue. One of the common fixes was to forget the device from Bluetooth, so I did that. Since then, the watch has not connected back. I have restarted and shutdown the watch and turned Bluetooth off and on numerous times, but the result is always the same: connection failed.
I really loved this watch, and it breaks my heart to see it sitting in my drawer instead of on my wrist.
Please suggest what I should do.
