Hey y’all! I’m looking for tips and inspiration on setting up the actual Tiamat fight at the table. I’ve got the mini, but I know the arena for the final fight is huuuuge.

I know VTTs are a potential solution, but we mostly play in person with minis, so I’m interested to see what solutions the community has come up with for that kind of setup!

I’m wagering I’m about 2 months away from running the fight so I’ve got plenty of prep time! Suggestions or anecdotes that that deviate from the book are welcome too!
