I remember finding this movie in a multi pack with at least 3 other movies included but may have been more. It has been years since I saw it and I don't know how old it was then but I would guess early 2000's range. All I remember in regards to the movie is a group of teenagers went to, I believe, New Jersey to go to an inherited farmhouse and while there found a possibly inbred inhabitant of the supposedly abandoned home. At one point the killer, who is a large muscular looking type of redneck, exits the house with a large tub of mayonnaise that he is possibly eating out of and either has an erection or is masturbating. I understand it is a small random bit of information that is sparse at best but if anyone had any recognition I would be very appreciative.
