Hi, I'm in need of some advice. For the last year or so I've been struggling hard to keep my place clean and tidy. I used to be one of those people that had everything organised, neat and clean. Then 4 or so years ago depression hit. I've been feeling better for last 2 years or so. Only noticed fairly recently, no matter how much I clean or tidy or anything, the mess is still there. I cant seem to be able to catch up with anything clean wise be it laundry or dishes, and if I do, within 2 days we are back to normal (I live with my partner).
I have tried the timer, and i tried those taks trackers like finch but honestly no amount of checklists or plans seems to help when I just feel exhausted and out of it. So I turn to you Internet strangers, is there any advice or suggestions you have on how to get back in the groove?
