Moving countries
I recently moved to El Salvador about 6 or 8 months ago. The first 2 weeks were fine, I slept like I always did but after that time period everything went down hill!
I'm not sure why it is, but it's incredibly hard to sleep. I've tried everything and nothing works, and when I ask for help I get the most basic answer ever. Yes Bryan, I've tried magnesium, "calming down", closing my eyes, making my room darker and setting a routine! It doesn't work. It's been going on for like 5 months or something like that idk.
I went to a neurologist and he performed some tests on me and gave me some sort of graph that showed my brain patterns, apparently mine are all over the place and he showed me 2 graphs side by side with a normal person's brain patterns and mine. He prescribed me some medicine, it's called "STOXEC® 100 mg Quetiapina". To be honest, I slept AMAZING for 2 weeks before my sleep got thrown out the window again.
I'm so surprised even if I'm physically exhausted as in my muscles feel unresponsive and slow, I still struggle to sleep. Wouldn't my body learn by now that I need to sleep to recover? I need advice on how I can regain my sleep or at least make it so I sleep more frequently, the longest I've gone without sleep is a week, I have to improve my sleep somehow because my stress is through the roof.
