Hi! This is Lola my baby, I am a new cockatiel owner and have recently noticed some gunk above her nostrils. Is this normal? Should I be concerned?

Also could this be due to her diet? I recently discovered pellets were supposed to be a greater part of their food so I’m working on feeding her more pellets. (I mainly fed her the seeds the Petco recommended)
