Motorola g75 vibration problem

Motorola g75 vibration problem

I have a motorola g75 5G, and a few weeks ago the vibration completely stopped working suddenly. I tried everything on the software side including checking vibration settings, restarting the phone, testing in safe mode, and checking after the latest update, but there was still absolutely no vibration at all.

The phone is still under warranty, so I took it to Raya, which is the official Motorola service center here in Egypt. After checking the device, the repair status now says they are waiting for a “sub-board” replacement part.

From what I understand, this is the lower board that includes the USB-C charging port and some internal connectors related to the vibration system.

My main concern is this:

If the issue is caused by the sub-board itself, what are the chances that the same problem could happen again later? Since the replacement part is still made by Motorola, I’m a little worried about reliability after the repair.

Also, for people who already had their Motorola phones opened officially for repair:

Did the phone still keep its IP68 water resistance properly afterward?

I’d really appreciate hearing about similar experiences.

My Moto G75 5G is currently at an official Motorola service center because the vibration motor stopped working completely. The phone is still under warranty, and support told me they are currently waiting for a replacement part.

I’m a bit concerned about the phone being opened because of the IP68 water resistance, and if i wanted to sell it opening the phone would be a problem.

Any advice or official clarification would be appreciated.

And i want to ask if i can ask them to replace the whole phone or not?
