Hi Everyone,

my best friend suffers from PMDD and is in a bad situation atm. I am her only emotional support life line and would really like to put together a PMDD survival kit for her. I see her every 2 weeks so i wqnt to put a mix of perishables and non perishable items as i can top the perishables up every two weeks.

Please can you give me suggestions of what to put in the kit? this can be stuff that you find helpful or stuff that gives you a bit of sunshine during the peak pmdd period.
