I made a post yesterday and accidentally deleted it. I've taken out a few loans and 3 a tribal. I'm working on paying off the two legit but high interest loans. My question is. Nevada requires a lender to be licensed to enforce any action against you. Im thinking of just waiting for them to go to collections and settling. Any advice?

Hi all. I've taken out a few loans. 3 were tribal. The payment on one jumped up from 100 dollars to 177 which is impossible for me to afford right now. Im worried about getting sued but after stalking this subreddit it seems it's next to impossible for them to do anything besides collections. Any advice or tips?
