Greetings 👋🏾 I’m seeking some advice on how to fix the end portion of our driveway.

We live in an urban rural area and our two neighbors uphill from us have done some asphalt driveway repairs that results in them blocking off their ditch drain pipes. This has led to all of the water/debris runoff clogging up our drain pipe and washing out our gravel and asphalt that once served as the end portion of our driveway.

What’s the most affordable way to go about fixing this? It’s beginning to be a huge pain exiting and entering our driveway.
